Breck Arnzen has 30 years’ experience as an internal and external advisor to CEOs, functional and high potential leaders guiding them to achieve high performance. Breck specializes in how to maximize teams’ effectiveness in today’s highly demanding and competitive business environment. Prior to launching ArnzenGroup in 2001, Breck held the position of Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development at Avery Dennison Corporation and senior management positions with SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline) and Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard). Breck is a graduate of Colby College with a degree in International Relations, and Boston University with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. He has served as Adjunct Faculty of Organization Behavior at Boston University’s School of Management, and a member of their Executive Development Roundtable whose mission is to integrate research on leadership development with contemporary business applications. He has been an executive coach at Harvard Business School’s Advance Management Program (AMP) for over 5 years.

Lani Peterson has 25 years’ experience as a psychologist, executive coach and workshop leader. As a recognized public speaker and story expert, Lani specializes in leadership communications, personal presence, and change through story. Lani has worked with executives and teams at hospitals, universities, and non-profit organizations. Lani’s professional training includes a doctorate in psychology from William James College, a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University with an undergraduate degree in literature from Smith College. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, and the National Storytelling Network. Lani has had the honor of presenting and performing her story work at Boston University’s Executive Development Roundtable (EDRT), the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) as well as at numerous professional conferences.
