Principals


Breck Arnzen, President of ArnzenGroup, has over 20 years of experience consulting and coaching CEOs and GMs from start-ups to global corporations. Breck has worked with over 200 organizations covering U.S, Europe, Asia and Africa. His diverse industry and client experience includes: biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, publishing, high technology, consumer packaging and manufacturing. Breck held the position of Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development at Avery Dennison Corporation. He has also held senior management positions with SmithKline Beecham and Digital Equipment Corporation. Breck is a frequent presenter at management and professional conferences.


Lani Peterson is a psychologist, coach, public speaker and professional storyteller. She has extensive experience working with individuals, groups and organizations in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, personal and team development. Drawing on her practice as a performing artist and public speaker, Lani teaches executives and managers the skill of personal presence, and the development and delivery of high impact communications. She specializes in the application of narrative as a leadership tool, and medium for personal growth, connection and change. In the course of her career, Lani has worked with profit and non-profit organizations with extensive experience with medical and educational institutions. Lani is a member of the National Speakers Association and the National Storytellers Association.


Mick Verran has over 20 years experience assisting executives on issues of high-potential identification and development, workforce planning, organizational capability development and individual performance management. Mick develops and translates complex concepts into simple, practical, innovative, actionable tools and processes, which enable organizations to make operational progress on strategic goals. Mick has held senior leadership and organization development roles at Avery Dennison and Digital Equipment Corporation leading change processes across functions, divisions and geographies. He has extensive experience working in fast-moving, high-growth companies in the service, finance, IT and manufacturing industries throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia and Africa.
